      试验研究炭黑种类和用量等对超高频(UHF)频段轮胎橡胶电性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑种类对橡胶复合材料的电阻率影响较小,但对介电性能影响较大;炭黑用量越高,橡胶复合材料的介电常数(ε)和损耗因子(tanδ)越大。橡胶复合材料介电性能与工作频率关系明显,在UHF频段,随着频率的升高,橡胶复合材料的ε和tanδ下降明显。温度对橡胶复合材料的介电性能有一定的影响,但当频率超过2 GHz时,对tanδ影响较小。
英文摘要:
      In ultra high frequency(UHF)band,the effect of the type and addition level of carbon black on the electric property of tire rubber was investigated experimentally.The results showed that,the electric resistivity of rubber composite was only slightly affected by the type of carbon black and the dielectric property was affected greatly, while the permittivity(ε) and tanδ increased with the increase of the addition level of carbon black. The dielectric property of rubber composite highly depended on the operating frequency,and in the UHF band,ε and tanδ tended to decrease with the increase of frequency. Temperature change could influence the dielectric parameters of rubber composite,but had less influence on tanδ when frequency was over 2 GHz.
