      本文研究了在丙烯酸锌作用的条件下加入改性碳纳米管后对于EPDM粘合性能、机械性能的影响,并对填料的分散性能进行了考察。结果表明,当丙烯酸锌为12份时,改性碳纳米管为6份时,粘合性能最佳,在于镀铜钢丝粘合后的抽出力为725N,撕裂强度73.85N?mm-1,拉伸强度为22.2MPa;随着改性碳米管的增加,粘度增大,加工性能降低,Payne效应增加。
英文摘要:
      This paper discusses adhesive properties and the mechanical properties of EPDM, under joining the condition of acrylic acid zinc,when adding the modification of carbon nanotubes. And the paper investigated the dispersion of the fillers properties. The Results show that when the modification of carbon nanotubes is 6 phr, instead that the acrylic acid zinc is 12 phr,the adhesive property is the best.The pulling out force of brass plated steel wires 725 N, tear strength is 73.85 N·mm-1, the tensile strength is 22.2 MPa. With the increase of modified carbon nanotubes, the viscosity increases, the processing performance reduces and the effect of Payne increases.
