      本文通过借助偶联剂作为界面相容助剂,采用硅橡胶(MVQ)改性三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM),获得了具有较高力学强度和良好耐高温老化性能的并用胶。通过硫化曲线、橡胶加工性能分析仪(RPA)和机械力学性能分析,评价了γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)和十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(WD-10)两种常见偶联剂对改性并用胶的不同作用效果及机制:由于反应性双键的存在,KH570能同时增强填料间、填料-橡胶间的相互作用,但不利于填料的分散和橡胶生热的降低;WD-10不能明显增强填料-橡胶间的相互作用,但惰性长链烷基的存在可以使填料更为稳定的分散。老化前后的机械力学性能表明,两种偶联剂并用时,能获得综合力学性能和耐高温老化性能优异的MVQ改性EPDM耐高温复合材料。

      Blend of EPDM and MVQ bearing both good mechanical strength and high temperature resistant property compared with pure EPDM were prepared using silane coupling agent, KH570 and WD-10, as the compatibilizing agent. Different influences of KH570 and WD-10 on the blend have been evaluated through the analysis of vulcanization curves, rubber process analyzer curves and stress-strain curves. The results showed that KH570 is much more effective for improving the interactions between the filler and rubber components, while it can also improve the interactions between the filler particles, thus the filler dispersion may be affected. Combination usage of KH570 and WD-10 was believed to be an ideal way to obtain EPDM/MVQ blend bearing both good mechanical strength and high temperature resistant property.
