基于分子统计理论提出了一种适用于橡胶材料的混合高弹本构模型。采用修正Gaussian模型和修正8-链网络模型的非线性组合分别描述Gaussian变形和非Gaussian变形部分;对于微观层面上的分子链密度和宏观层面上的拉伸比,均将其分解为Gaussian变形和非Gaussian变形部分。不同拉伸模式下的应力-应变试验数据与Treloar数据的拟合对比证明了混合本构模型的适用性,且与Gaussian模型、3-链网络模型和8-链网络模型对比,其精确性有明显提高。 |

Based on the molecular statistical theory,a hybrid hyperelastic constitutive model for rubber material was proposed.The modified Gaussian network model and modified 8-chain network model were used to describe Gaussian deformation part and non-Gaussian deformation part respectively.The network molecular chain density at the micro-level and the stretch ratio at the macro-level were also decomposed into a Gaussian deformation part and a non-Gaussian deformation part.The comparison between test data and Treloar data of stress-strain under different tensile modes proved the applicability of the hybrid constitutive model.Compared with the Gaussian network model,3-chain network model and 8-chain network model,the hybrid hyperelastic constitutive model had obvious improvements in accuracy. |
