      本文以450为再生活化剂,通过不同量的过氧化氢或过碳酸钠.过氧化氢或过碳酸钠)的添加,以考察废旧橡胶胶粉再生过程中氧化程度对再生性能的影响。结果表明使用过氧化氢、过碳酸钠,再生橡胶的溶胶含量升高,门尼粘度下降,力学性能有所改善,综合考虑再生橡胶的加工性能及力学性能的影响过氧化氢用量选择0.7phr,过碳酸钠选择1.8phr。
英文摘要:
      In this paper we used 450 as regeneration activator and the impact of oxidation degree on regeneration properties of reclaimed rubber were quantitative researched by adding various amount of hydrogen peroxide or sodium percarbonate. It turned out that the use of hydrogen peroxide or sodium percarbonate increased sol content, decreased Mooney viscosity and improved mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber. The optimal usage of hydrogen peroxide was 0.7phr and sodium percarbonate was 1.8phr in consideration of its processability and mechanical properties.
