      本文通过湿法混炼的方法,利用高压喷射装置制备出氧化石墨烯(GO)/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料并对其各种性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着GO用量的增加,GO/NR复合材料的力学性能,导热性能均明显提高,在用量为2份时,性能相对最佳;SEM结果显示,在GO为2份时分散较好;加入GO后,储能模量G′明显增大,超过2份时,payne效应变化不大;加入GO后,损耗因子tanσ略有减小,随着GO用量的增加,tanσ变化不大。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the composites of grapheme oxide and natural(GO/NR) are preparated use High-pressure injection device by the method of wet mixing and all kinds of properties are researched. It is showed that :With the increase of the amount of GO, the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of composites of GO/NR are obviously increase, Relative to others , the properties are best when the dosage of GO add to 2 phr; SEM show that GO dispersed well when GO is added to 2phr; the storage modulus is significantly increasing after GO is added , payne effect have no significantly chance when the dosage of GO exceed 2 phr; Loss factor tanσ decreases slightly, With the increase of the amount of GO, tanσ have no significantly chance.
