      采用Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件,研究输送带跑偏对驱动滚筒可靠性和优化设计的影响。结果表明,输送带跑偏改变驱动滚筒的应力应变情况,导致在筒壳中央截面处及两侧辐板与筒壳和轮毂的接触处易损坏,且影响驱动滚筒设计变量对目标函数的灵敏度,对驱动滚筒的可靠性和优化设计产生一定影响。
英文摘要:
      The impact of conveyor belt running deviation on reliability and optimization design of driving drum was investigated by Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software.The results showed that,conveyor belt running deviation could change the stress and strain distribution of driving roller to be more prone to the risk of damage on the central section of the cylindrical shell,contact area of the web/cylin-drical shell and web/the hub on both sides,and affect the sensitivity of design variables of driving roller to the objective functions,which had a certain impact on the reliability and optimization design of driving roller.
