      采用动态全硫化方法制备EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体(TPV),研究了剪切强度、S用量、TMTD用量以及促进剂并用对相反转以及TPV力学性能的影响。结果表明:剪切强度提高,有利于相反转发生,但转速过高会使相反转过程失败。TPV综合性能随转速提升呈现先减小后增大的趋势。适当增加S或TMTD用量均对TPV的相反转过程产生促进作用,使反转时间缩短。给定TMTD用量,S用量对相反转的促进作用存在最佳值,反之,S用量一定时TMTD用量对相反转的促进也存在最佳值。TPV综合性能随着DCP或TAIC用量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。另外,给定S/TMTD用量,并用促进剂DM会使相反转时间延长甚至相反转过程失败。

      Ethylene propylene terpolymer/polypropylene(EPDM/PP) thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) were prepared by using dynamic vulcanization method. The effect of shearing strength, the amount of vulcanizing agent dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and cocuring agent triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) on the phase inversion and mechanical properties of TPV were investigated. The results showed that increasing shearing strength promoted the occurrence of phase inversion, but excessively high speed would lead to the failure of the phase inversion process. The performance of TPV increased first and then decreased with increasing the speed. Increasing dosage of S or TMTD appropriately could accelerate phase inversion, shortening phase inversion time. But the dosage of S on the promotion phase inversion existed an optimum value when a fixed dosage of TMTD, and vice versa. Correspondingly, the performance of TPV increased first and then decreased with increasing the dosage of S or TMTD. In addition, using accelerator CZ prolonged phase inversion time, even leading to the failure of phase inversion process when a fixed dosage of S and TMTD.
