      研究了羟甲基化木质素/白炭黑并用对NBR与镀铜钢丝的粘合性能和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明:随着羟甲基化木质素/白炭黑并用比减小,NBR胶料与镀铜钢丝的H抽出力先增大后减小,H抽出后钢丝表面附胶的SEM照片显示粘合破坏发生在橡胶相,表明羟甲基化木质素/白炭黑并用可以有效提高NBR与镀铜钢丝的粘合。
英文摘要:
      the influence of hydroxymethylated lignin /silica ratio on enhancing adhesion between rubber and brass-plated steel cord was studied. The results showed that with decreasing Hydroxymethylated Lignin /silica ratio, the adhesion strength of vulcanizates first increased and then decreased.The SEM photographs of H pull-out displayed that the adhesive failure mainly occurred in the rubber phase, which indicating that Hydroxymethylated Lignin /silica ratio can improve the adhesion strength between Rubber and Brass-plated Steel Cord effectively.
