随着计算技术的逐渐成熟以及计算机运算速度的不断提高,有限元在工程领域的作用不可小觑,在机械工业、材料工业、航天工业、土建工业、国防工业等领域发挥着作用。本文通过计算流体动力学的分析,可以更加全面地、直观地揭示混炼过程中啮合转子对胶料的分散、分布及流动情况。为了能够更清楚地了解啮合转子流场特点,我们从黏弹性流体理论出发,运用专业黏弹性流体分析软件Polyflow对物料在密炼室内的混炼过程进行模拟,得到啮合转子的流场参数的变化规律。 |

With the gradually mature of computing technology and the constant improvement of the computer operation speed, the finite element function to be reckoned with in the field of engineering, in the machinery industry, material industry, aerospace industry, civil industry, defense industry and other fields. This article through the analysis of the computational fluid dynamics, can be more comprehensively and intuitively reveal the mixing process of meshing rotor of rubber dispersion and distribution and flow condition. In order to be able to more clearly understand the characteristics of the meshing rotor flow field, on the viscoelastic fluid theory, we use professional viscoelastic fluid analysis software Polyflow to material in mixer mixing process of indoor simulation, flow field parameters of meshing rotor can be obtained. |
