      软木橡胶衬垫是橡胶与软木复合材料,既有软木的可压缩性,又具有橡胶的高弹性和柔软性,保护盾构法隧道管片免受损伤。配方研究结果表明,NBR优于NR和SBR。选用中高丙烯腈含量、中等门尼粘度NBR与粒径0.3mm-0.5mm的软木粉。试验还发现,添加二烷基硫脲促进剂可以提高硫化速度和交联程度而且不喷霜,受阻酚防老剂WL优于常用的浅色防老剂。优选的配方性能达标、成本较低、工艺可行。采用创新的密炼工艺。提出了新的试验方法—恒定形变下的压缩可恢复性和压缩应力试验方法。依据本研究的试验结果,制订了国家标准(GB/T31061-2014)。
英文摘要:
      Cork-rubber gaskets are composites of rubber with cork, both the compressibility of cork, but also has high elasticity and flexibility of rubber, the protective shield tunnel segment lining from damage. Formulation research results show that, NBR better than NR and SBR. Mid-high acrylonitrile content and moderate Mooney viscosity NBR and particle size of 0.3mm-0.5mm cork powder is a better choice. It was also found that the addition of dialkyl thiourea as accelerator can increase the speed and degree of crosslinking and non-blooming, Hindered phenol antioxidant WL superior to conventional light-colored antioxidants.
