      以正硅酸四乙酯为硅源,在硫磺溶胶的表面通过溶胶凝胶法制备了二氧化硅包覆硫磺微胶囊,分别从核壳材料比,醇水比以及催化剂浓度等几方面对合成反应条件进行了探究,通过扫描电镜对微胶囊形貌对比后确定了微胶囊的最佳制备条件,认为在醇水比为80/20,氨水用量为2.5~3ml条件下选用一定量的TEOS可以得到形貌规整,包覆完整的硫磺微胶囊,并对包覆机理进行了研究。

      silica encapsulated sulfur microcapsule was prepared by means of hydrolysis of alkyl silicates and subsequent condensation of silicic acid in alkaline solutions with TEOS as silica source, the influence of core/shell ratio, alcohol/water ratio and catalyst concentration were investigated. Uniform sulfur microcapsule could be obtained in the condition of alcohol/water: 85/15~80/20, ammonia dosage: 2.5~3ml with adequate TEOS. The coating mechanism was also demonstrated.
