      以天然橡胶为母胶,双-(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物(Si-69)为改性剂,制备了天然橡胶/原位接枝改性白炭黑。利用红外光谱、橡胶综合加工分析仪、扫描电镜等手段综合分析了白炭黑改性前后对橡胶的补强性能的影响。结果表明,白炭黑经原位接枝改性后,在橡胶基体中的分散性和与橡胶基体的相容性均有改善,胶料加工安全性和硫化效率均有提升,橡胶综合物理机械性能提升明显。
英文摘要:
      By using natural rubber as master batch and bis[γ-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]tetrasulfide(Si-69) as modifier, the natural rubber/in-situ grafting modified silica was prepared. The effect of silica modification on the reinforcing performance of natural rubber was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, rubber processing analyzer and scanning electron microscopy, etc. The results showed silica by in-situ grafting modification will conduced to the improvement of the dispersion in rubber matrix and the compatibility of rubber matrix, the promotion of the process safety and curing efficiency, and the improvement of the physical mechanical properties of the rubber materials.
