本文主要研究了液压油浸泡对丁晴橡胶(NBR)的动态性能以及循环变形的影响。老化前后丁晴橡胶的分子结构没有明显变化,但玻璃化转变温度(Tg)随着浸泡时间的增长而升高。采用动态机械分析仪(DMA)对老化前后试样的动态性能和循环变形力学行为进行了研究。结果表明,试样的动态模量及棘轮应变随着老化时间的增加而增加,且初期变化明显,然而试样老化前后粘性变化不大。本文研究结果表明,液压油浸泡对丁晴橡胶构件的动态力学性能及棘轮应变影响显著,因此在设计和使用过程中需要考虑丁晴橡胶构件在液压油老化环境下的性能变化。 |

The influence of the hydraulic oil on dynamic properties and cyclic deformation behavior of immersed NBR is estimated in the present work. The experimental results indicated that the difference of molecular structure of immersed and non-immersed NBR samples was not significant, while glass transition temperature was increased by oil immersion. The investigations showed that both dynamic modulus and ratcheting strain increased as the immersion time increased. Even a short period of hydraulic oil immersion caused the storage modulus and ratcheting strain to increase rapidly. However, the change of hysteresis was not significant. Therefore, the effects of hydraulic oil immersion on the dynamic properties and cyclic deformation behavior of NBR components are significant and should be taken into account in designing and operating. |
