      基于喂料流动对比试验研究确定注塑成型最佳喂料配方,将其在阿博格精密注塑机上用椎间融合器模具按照最佳注塑工艺参数进行注塑,并在1350℃下烧结出椎间融合器,通过测量得到椎间融合器的关键尺寸基本稳定,且精度较高,达到使用要求。通过扫描电镜观察椎间融合器脱脂前后的胚体可以得到脱脂后金属粉末占胚体的比例很大,椎间融合器胚体内的粘结剂基本脱除,为烧结提供了保障;利用3D测量激光显微镜观察同一椎间融合器同一位置脱脂前、脱脂后与烧结后的表面微观形貌,可以观察到最终烧结制品的表面平整,试样的表面高度差在10μm之内,表面光洁度较好。
英文摘要:
      Optimal feed formula was determined through contrast experiments of feed flow ability. In addition, the feed formula was injected into precise injection molding machine under the optimum process conditions used by intervertebral fusion cage mold and sintered at 1350 °C to prepare intervertebral fusion cage. The key size of fusion cage could be seen stable through measurement, and they had high precision, which can meet demands in practical use. Degreasing metal powder occupied an impressive proportion in machine body, and adhesive was basically removed observed by SEM, which provided fundamental security for sintering; Surface of finally sintered products was smooth, surface height differences of specimens was within 10μm, and products had good surface finish observed by 3D measuring laser microscope.
