      本文研究碳纳米管对全钢胎胎面胶加工工艺及性能的影响。结果表明,加入碳纳米管后,混炼胶的门尼粘度显著增大,耐磨性、撕裂强度、硬度大幅提高,拉伸强度稍有降低;密炼时在炭黑之后添加碳纳米管,开炼薄通10次时,硫化胶的DIN磨耗性能比不加碳纳米管的提高37.3%;在相同条件下添加碳纳米管GT-300橡胶的DIN磨耗、拉伸强度、撕裂强度等综合物理机械性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,the influence on machining technology and properties of tread compound filled with Carbon nanotubes of all-steel tire were studied. The results shows that the mooney viscosity of mixing rubber was increased obviously after adding MWNTs. Then abrasion resistance, tear strength and hardness were improved substantially. And tensile strength was reduced slightly after adding MWNTs. When adding MWNTs after carbon black in internal mixer and the times of thin-passing was 10 times in open mixing machine, DIN abrasion resistance of the vulcanizates were increased by 37.3% than vulcanizates without carbon nanotubes. DIN abrasion, tensile strength, tear strength and other comprehensive physical and mechanical properties were best after adding the type of GT-300.
