      本文介绍了对位芳纶长丝作为胶管骨架材料的特点。研究了捻度对芳纶长丝静态弯曲性能的影响。实验结果表明,随捻度的增加,拉伸强力呈现先增加后降低的趋势;钩接强力略微增加后降低,在低捻度及较高捻度下的钩接强力高于拉伸强力;打结强力基本不变,明显低于拉伸强力;拉伸断裂伸长率逐渐增加,钩接和打结断裂伸长率基本不变,均低于拉伸断裂伸长率。针对破坏机理进行探讨。
英文摘要:
      The characteristic of domestic para-aramid fiber as skeleton material were introduced.The effect of twist on bending properties of domestic para-aramid fiber were studied.The results shown that:with the twist increased, the tensile strength and the hook strength increased at first, and then decreased; the hook strength higher than the tensile strength at low twist; the knot strength unchanged, and lower than the tensile strength; the tensile elongation at break increased; the hook elongation at break and the knot elongation at break unchanged, and both lower than the tensile elongation.The breaking mechanism was discussed。
