中文摘要:
      通过对连续移动手模表面温度测量方法的研究,并且对其关键技术及难点进行分析,旨在提高测温精度、减小人工劳动强度,达到快速、精准的温度测量及保存数据的自动化。非接触回转式测温系统采用PLC控制整个自动测温系统,步进电机带动连杆上的红外测温传感器对移动物体实施同步跟踪,使传感器对准目标一段时间以保证传感器有足够时间建立准确的数据并自动采集和记录。使用力控组态开发PC机组态系统,以便实时监测手模温度。实验结果表明回转式测温方法所采集的温度精度高,达到工厂生产要求,具有很好的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Through the study of surface temperature measurement for moving fingerprint and analyzed its key technologies and difficulties,designed to improve the temperature measuremnet accuracy,reduce labor intensity,to achiece rapid,accurate temperature measurement and automation to save the historical data. Non-contact revolving temperature measurement system control the entire automatic temperature measurement system by PLC.Stepper motor drives the infrared temperature sensor synchronously tracks the moving objects,and the sensor target object for a moment to ensure there is enough time for the sensor to establish an accurate data and automatically gathering and record. PC configuration system developed by force control configuration, in order to monitor the temperature of fingerprint. Experimental results show that collected temperature by rotary temperature measurement have a high precision,achieve the requirement of factory,and have a good prospects.
