      本文首先考察了环保油PAX和环保芳烃油对微波加热再生全胎胶粉的影响。结果表明:微波加热时,随着两种环保软化剂用量增多胶粉的温升速度和再生温度均降低,但提升了再生橡胶性能的均一性;环保油PAX用量在10份时和环保芳烃油用量在15份时所得再生橡胶性能最好,且应用环保油PAX的再生胶性能要优于应用环保芳烃油的再生胶。其次在环保油PAX中混入甘油,探究了环保软化剂中极性物质的含量对微波再生全胎胶粉的影响。结果表明:相同微波加热工艺下,环保油PAX中适量的加入甘油可以提高胶粉的温升速度和再生温度,所得再生橡胶的加工性能提高,力学性能略微降低;甘油量过多时,与全胎胶粉相容性差,致使后续加工实验无法进行。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the effect of two different envirenment-friendly softeners on whole tire rubber powder devulcanized by microwaves was investigated. The results showed that, when heated by microwaves, the temperature of rubber powder went down slowly with the increase of the amount of envirenment-friendly softeners, it also enhanced the uniformity of reclaimed rubber. When 10 phr PAX or 15 phr environment-friendly aromatic oil was added, the properties of the reclaimed rubber was best, and it performed better with PAX. Then we mixed Glycerin with PAX to explore the effect of the content of polar compounds in environmentally friendly softener system on whole tire rubber powder devulcanized by microwaves. The results showed that, when we mixed certain amount of glycerol with PAX, the temperature of rubber powder increased quickly and the processing properties of the reclaimed rubber became better while its mechanical properties decreased; When excessive amount of glycerol were used it showed poor compatibility with tire rubber powder then following experiments cannot be conducted.
