      通过密炼机混炼出不同比例金属粉末与粘结剂的金属喂料,对不同配比的金属喂料进行喂料流动性能对比实验,得到最佳烧结温度实验所用的最佳喂料配方,不锈钢粉末占不锈钢喂料质量分数为92.6%时,不锈钢喂料综合性能较好;利用所确定的喂料配方在实验样条模具上进行实验研究,结果表明:此配方的最佳烧结温度1350℃,此配方在最佳烧结温度下的抗拉强度为:486.8MPa,以此方法解决了复杂外形不锈钢椎间融合器批量加工耗时、成本高的缺点。
英文摘要:
      Metal feed contained different proportion of metal powder and binder were prepared by mixer mixing, and its flow properties were determined and compared to get optimal feed formula needed for optimum sintering temperature. The result showed that stainless steel feed comprehensive performance is the best, when the content of stainless metal powder in stainless steel feed was 92.6%. Injected specimens test was explored using the optimum feed formula. The results indicated that optimum sintering temperature was 1350 °C, the tensile strength at this sintering temperature was 486.8 MPa. Compared with intervertebral fusion cage using stainless steel with complex geometries, this study would effectively shorten long processing time and reduce costs.
