      摘要:为了提高机械弹性车轮硫化效率和质量,对机械弹性车轮硫化前的车轮预热温度问题进行了研究。通过建立车轮硫化模型,使用ANSYS对机械弹性车轮硫化过程进行热学仿真,模拟车轮的真实硫化过程,分析对比了不同预热温度对车轮硫化温升过程和硫化率的影响。分析结果表明:预热温度对车轮不同部位硫化温升过程的影响存在差异,距离外部热源越远的部位随预热温度的影响越大。通过比较不同预热温度下的硫化率,得出车轮过硫率随着预热温度的增加呈上升趋势,车轮的硫化一致性则呈明显的下降趋势。

      Abstract: In order to raise sulfurization efficiency and quality of mechanical elastic wheel, the wheel preheating temperature is studied. By building wheel sulfurization model and using ANSYS to conducting thermal simulation of mechanical elastic wheel, compared the effect of different preheating temperature on the temperature variation with time and sulfurization percentage of wheel. The results shows that preheating temperature has different effects on different parts, the farther away from outer heat sources, the greater effect of preheating temperature will be. Through comparing the sulfurization percentage of wheel under different preheating temperature, the conclusion is that when preheating temperature is higher,an upward trend of over sulfurization percentage rise is found, an downward trend of sulfurization consistency is found.
