      利用麦克斯韦理论、通过HFSS软件建立微波裂解腔体的有限元模型,模拟仿真废旧橡胶在微波裂解腔体内不同位置处的裂解情况,并进行试验验证。结果表明:废旧橡胶距裂解腔金属底板的高度不同时,其裂解速率不同,且存在裂解速率最高的最佳高度;试验结果与仿真结果基本相吻合,通过模拟仿真可以指导废旧橡胶微波裂解设备的设计。
英文摘要:
      Based on the microwave theory and used the HFSS software,the FEA model of microwave pyrolysis chamber was builded,and the pyrolysis of waste rubber in different positions of microwave pyrolysis chamber was simulated and verified by experiments.The results showed that,when the height between waste rubber and the metal plate of pyrolysis chamber was changed,the pyrolysis rate was changed too,and there existed the best height where the pyrolysis rate was highest.The experimental results were basically consistent with the simulation results,and that could guide the design of microwave pyrolysis equipment for waste rubber.
