      以不同水射流参数水平下的轮胎橡胶的破碎效率(E)为研究对象,通过试验确定E与水射流参数之间的关系。结果表明:E随着泵压(p)的增大而提高,且E的升高趋势也随着p的增大而增大;E随着靶距(s)的增大呈先提高后降低的趋势;E随着喷嘴移动速度(v)的增大呈先提高后降低的趋势,但增大v会降低材料的利用率,v的合理取值范围在1 500 mm·min-1以内;p对E的影响程度最大,v次之,s最小。
英文摘要:
      The effects of water jet parameters on crushing efficiency(E) of rubble in tire was studied,and the relationship between E and water jet parameters was determined by experiments.The results showed that,with the pump pressure(P) increasing,E increased,and the increasing trend of E also increased with P increasing;with the increasing of the target distance (s),E first increased and then decreased;with the moving velocity of the nozzle(v);E first increased and then decreased,but increasing v would reduce material utilization,so the reasonable range of v was within 1 500 mm·min-1;P had the greatest impact on E,V times,and s minimum.
