Using tandem mixer, studied parking time on the meshing rotor and shear rotor to rubber compound quality. The experimental results show that the parking time of meshing rotor tandem mixing is greater than the influence of shear rotor tandem mixing. Through a comprehensive analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber compound material, known compound parking time 3 hours is the optimum value. |
