      轮胎是橡胶、炭黑、钢丝等结构材料的复合体。这些材料和结构势必会在一定程度上增强或减弱植入轮胎RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)标签天线的电磁波能量,从而对天线的辐射特性,方向性,匹配特性等性能产生一定的影响。为了研究这些材料和结构具体如何影响植入轮胎的RFID标签天线的性能,本文利用电磁场仿真方法对植入轮胎前后的RFID标签天线相关性能进行了仿真。结果表明,RFID标签天线的增益会随着轮胎材料的介电常数的增加而增大。同时,标签天线的回波损耗会随着轮胎材料介电常数的增加呈上升趋势。当RFID标签与胎侧钢丝帘布平行放置时,天线的射频信号几乎全被钢丝帘布反射,而RFID标签与钢丝帘布垂直放置时会取得较好的性能。该研究为轮胎RFID标签的设计和植入形式提供了重要的参考价值。
英文摘要:
      Tire is made up of rubber,carbon-black and steel wire.The change of these materials and structures will affect the the performance of implanted-in tire radio frequency identification tag(RFID) antenna.The performance’s changes of RFID antenna which was caused by tire materials and steel cord were studied through electromagnetic simulation .Results showed that the resonance frequency of RFID tag antenna decreased with the increase of the tire material dielectric constant.At the same time,the return loss of tag antennaincreased with the increase of tire material dielectric constant.The performance of RFID tag antenna will be better when the antenna perpendicular to the steel wire compared with antenna parallel to the steel wire.The simulation results provided important reference value for the design of RFID tag and for tag implanted form.
