      利用超高压水射流对子午线轮胎进行破碎分离、回收胶粉,并以射流压力(P)、靶距(s)和移动速度(v)为主要因素,利用Design Expert软件中水平设计和响应面分析法对水射流工艺参数进行优化,以使胶粉的脱硫效果最佳。结果表明:超高压水射流能够实现胶粉部分脱硫,脱硫效果最佳的水射流工艺参数为:P 180 MPa,s 21 mm,v 1 500 mm·min-1,此时胶粉的凝胶质量分数为0.828。
英文摘要:
      Ultra-high pressure water jet was used for breaking up and separating the radial tiret to recycle rubber powder,jet pressure(P),target distance(s)and moving speed(v)was taken as main factors,and the horizontal design and response surface analysis method of Design Expert software was used to optimize the process parameters of water jet in order to make the desulfurization effect of rubber powder optimization.The results showed that,ultra-high pressure water jet could make rubber powder desulfurization partly,and when the P was 180 MPa,s was 21 mm,v was 1 500 mm·min-1,the desulfurization effect was optimized,and the gel mass fraction of rubber powder was 0.828.desulfurization effect of rubber powder is at the jet pressure of 180MPa, the target distance of 21mm, the moving speed of 1500mm/min, powder gel fraction reduces to 82.80%.
