      研究自制的功能性橡胶硫化剂S-organic对天然橡胶胶料性能的影响。结果表明:与普通硫黄相比,硫化剂S-organic具有较好的耐喷霜性,胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能基本相当,耐老化性能提高,特别是普通硫化体系下的耐屈挠性能明显提高,且压缩生热明显降低。
英文摘要:
      The effect of new functional rubber curing agent S-organic on the properties of NR compound was investigated.The results showed that,compared with the common sulfur,curing agent S-organic had better anti-blooming property while the curing behavior of the compound with S-organic changed little.With S-organic,the physical properties of the vulcanizate were similar to those with common sulfur, the aging property was improved,the flexing resistance of the vulcanizate with conventional curing system was improved significantly,and the compression temperature rise decreased significantly.
