      分析铁道客车DC600V电源装置门板密封条失效的原因,通过改变密封条的物理结构和物理性能对密封效果进行改进,提高密封条密度并采用空心结构。结果表明,通过改进,有效解决了密封条密封不良的问题,提高了产品质量,节约了售后成本。
英文摘要:
      The causes of failure of the door seal for DC600V power supply device in train were analyzed,and then the seal was optimized by modification of the physical structure and improvement of the physical properties,such as increase of the density of seal and design of hollow structure.The results showed that the failure of seal was avoided after optimization,the quality of the product was improved,and the after-sales service cost was decreased.
