      采用不同加工工艺制备多官能化丁基橡胶(MFIIR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶,并对其硫化特性、加工性能、物理性能和动态力学性能进行研究。结果表明:采用预硫化工艺后MFIIR/NR并用胶的t10t90明显延长,表明硫化剂在2种橡胶相中的分散更加均匀;并用胶的物理性能得到改善,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度明显增大。预硫化后混炼胶在应变为100%时的储能模量增大,硫化胶的Payne效应减弱。预硫化后并用胶的网络结构更加均匀,两种橡胶可以达到很好的共硫化。
英文摘要:
      The multifunctional IIR (MFIIR)/NR blend was prepared by using different processing technology,and the curing behavior,processability,physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the blend were investigated.The results showed that,the t10 and t90 of MFIIR/NR blend after prevulcanization were obviously prolonged,indicating that the curing agents were dispersed uniformly in rubber phase.After the prevulcanization process, the physical properties of the blend were improved.Especially,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength increased significantly.The storage modulus at large strain(100%) increased after the prevulcanization,which implied the Payne effect of the vulcanizate was weakened.The network structure of MFIIR/NR blend after prevulcanization was more uniform, and MFIIR and NR could be well co-vulcanized.
