      建立密炼机六棱同步转子的物理、数学和有限元模型,运用有限元分析软件Polyflow对其混炼流场进行三维动态模拟,分析混炼过程胶料压力场、速度场、剪切速率场、粘度场和混合指数分布。结果表明:在六棱同步转子棱推进面存在一个高压区域,而在棱的背面存在一个低压区域,对胶料的分散有利;在胶料流动过程中,在转子之间主要是剪切和拉伸流动行为,而在其他区域则以剪切流动为主。
英文摘要:
      The physical,mathematical and finite element analysis(FEA) models for the six-wing synchronous rotors in internal mixer were established,and the pressure field,velocity field,shear rate field,viscosity field and the mixed exponential distribution on its 3D fluid field dynamic simulation were computed by FEA software Polyflow.The results showed that there was a high-pressure area on the front surface of six-wing synchronous rotors,and there was a low-pressure area on the back surface,which were beneficial to the distribution of compound.Shear flow and extension flow were main processes between the rotors,while shear flow was main process in other areas.
