中文摘要:
      研究环烷油、自制聚异戊二烯橡胶(LIR)和LIR-50对异戊橡胶(IR)性能的影响。结果表明:自制LIR和LIR-50可在提高胶料加工性能的同时较好地保持硫化胶的物理性能;与环烷油相比,自制LIR和LIR-50几乎完全参与硫化反应,具有较低的正己烷抽出率;自制LIR和LIR-50作为一种反应性增塑剂,具有相似的加工使用性能。
英文摘要:
      The influence of naphthenic oil,self-made LIR and LIR-50 on the properties of IR compound was investigated.The results showed that self-made LIR and LIR-50 could significantly improve the processability of IR while the physical properties of the vulcanizates were maintained.Compared with naphthenic oil,since LIR participated in the cross-linking reaction, the extraction rates of vulca-nizates with LIRs were lower.The effects of self-made LIR on IR were similar to LIR-50,and both of them could be used as reactive plasticizers in rubber process.
