      本论文研究了环保型白炭黑/CR/BR复合材料的加工工艺对其结构和性能的影响。通过改变环保型白炭黑的加料方式,采取了四种不同的加工工艺制备了环保型白炭黑/CR/BR复合材料,比较分析了四种复合材料的各种物理性能和SEM电镜照片,使用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA2000)对四种复合材料进行了深入的分析。研究表明:采用氯丁橡胶(CR)和顺丁橡胶(BR)分别与环保型白炭黑混炼制成母炼胶,再把两种母炼胶混炼的工艺,得到的复合材料性能最好,环保型白炭黑在基体材料中分散良好,形成了稳定的填料网络,拉伸强度达到19.3MPa ,撕裂强度为62.2 N/mm,回弹性可达42%。
英文摘要:
      This paper studies the structure and properties of different environmentally friendly silica CR / BR composite of different processing. Taken four different process for preparing the environmentally friendly silica CR / BR composite by changing eco-friendly silica feeding methods. Comparatived and analyzed various physical properties and scanning electron micrographs of four composites, analyzed four kinds of composite materials by suing Rubber Process Analyzer(RPA2000). The studies have shown that: The processing that CR or BR and eco-friendly silica are made of masterbatch compounding, than blended two kinds of masterbatch can get best performance composites. The eco-friendly silica can get a good dispersion in Substrate, and can form a stable filler network, tensile strength can reach 19.3MPa, tear strength can reach 62.2 N/mm and resilience can reach 42%.
