      试制了微波脱硫罐并进行了EPDM再生胶的制备及性能研究,微波脱硫装置应包括搅拌、温控、密闭脱氧等装置;最佳脱硫功率为2kw,填充量为5kg;搅拌可以使得胶粉脱硫效果更均匀,最佳搅拌速度为60r/min;脱硫温度越高,脱硫效果越明显,最佳脱硫温度为270 ℃。
英文摘要:
      The paper design o the microwave devulcanizated equipment and study on structure properties of devulcanized EPDM rubber.The pilot microwave devulcanizated device should include a temperature measuring device, a stirring , a vacuum means and so on . The best desulfurization power is 2kw and best filling volume is 5kg ;The stirring has made the effect more uniform,the best speed at 60r/min . The higher the temperature the effect is more obvious, the best devulcanization temperature is 270 ℃
