      针对配料过程的速度控制进行了工程化改进,在多工位累计称量中,物料的累积使给料器出口与料筐内物料高度不断发生变化,根据给料速度和称量高度建立正在下落物料量的预估模型,采用预估模型与传统的预关门控制方法进行对比。仿真结果表明预估模型优于传统的预关门控制方法,可在多工位配料中使用。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,the speed control of batching process was studied and improved.The height from feeder outlet to materials surface in the container changed constantly in the multi-station weighing system due to the accumulation of the materials.The prediction model of suspended material was developed based on feeding speed and the height.The simulated results showed that the new method was better than traditional pre-closing control method and could be applied in the multi-station batching system.
