      针对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎坯成型后在硫化前的输送及存储过程中存在的自动化程度低、操作人员劳动强度大、组织管理工作繁重等问题,提出一种自动化的输送及存储方案:通过使用机械手、工装板倍速链和自动化立体仓库,可实现胎坯输送及存储的自动化,能大大减轻操作人员的劳动强度并提高生产效率和产品质量。
英文摘要:
      The transportation and storage of al-steel radial green tire that had been shaped but not vulcanized usually required a huge amount of labor and management work if the automation level is low.In this paper,a solution of automated transportation and storage was given.With the utilization of mechanical hand,conveyor belt and automated warehouse,the transportation and storage of green tire were achieved,the labor intensity was reduced,and the production efficiency and product quality were improved.
