      摘要:采用乳液共沉法制备粘土/丁吡橡胶纳米复合材料,并对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:粘土/丁吡橡胶纳米复合材料的整体分散效果较好,粘土用量对纳米复合材料的类型有影响;随着粘土用量的增大,粘土/丁吡橡胶混炼胶和硫化胶的储能模量逐渐增大,硫化胶的损耗因子随应变的增大而增大,邵尔A型硬度和100%定伸应力逐渐增大,气密性能提高;当粘土用量为20份时,复合材料的拉伸性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      The c1ay/butadiene-styrene-viny1 pyridine rubber nanocomposites were prepared by 1atex compounding method,and their structure and properties were investigated.The resu1ts showed that,the dispersion of c1ay in the nanocomposites was good,and the addition 1eve1 of c1ay affected the structure of the nanocomposites.As the addition 1eve1 of c1ay increased,the storage modu1us of the mixed compound and vu1canizate increased gradua11y,the 1oss factor of vu1canizate increased as the strain increased,the Shore A hardness and modu1us at l00% e1ongation increased gradua11y,and the air tightness was improved.The nanocomposites showed the best tensi1e properties when the addition 1eve1 of c1ay was 20 phr.
