      研究碳纤维用量对碳纤维/顺丁橡胶(BR)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳纤维用量的增大,碳纤维/BR复合材料的MH和门尼粘度增大,加工性能下降;热导率明显增大,导热性能提高;邵尔A型硬度和拉伸强度逐渐增大,拉断伸长率、拉断永久变形和撕裂强度均先增大后减小。
英文摘要:
      The effect of addition level of carbon fiber on the properties of carbon fiber/BR composite was investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of carbon fiber increased,the MH and the Mooney viscosity increased,so the processability decreased;the heat conduction coefficient increased significantly;Shore A hardness and tensile strength increased,and the elongation at break,tensile set at break and tear strength increased at first and then decreased.
