中文摘要:
      研究不同防老剂对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)性能的影响。结果表明:加入不同防老剂的CM胶料MLMH减小,t10t90延长,CM硫化胶的硬度、100%定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,拉断伸长率减小;交联密度随老化时间的延长而呈增大趋势。当防老剂RD用量为2份时,CM硫化胶的耐热氧老化性能最优。
英文摘要:
      The effects of different antioxidants on the properties of CM were investigated.The results showed that,theML and MHof CM compound with different antioxidants decreased,t10 and t90 extended,the hardness,modulus at 100% elongation and tensile strength of CM vulcanizate increased,and the elongation at break decreased.As aging time extended,the crosslink density tended to increase.When the addition level of antioxidant RD was 2 phr,the thermo-oxidative aging resistance of CM vulcanizate was the best.
