      采用湿法改性工艺制备超细全硫化粉末丁苯橡胶(UFPSBR)改性沥青,并对其路用性能进行研究。结果表明:除5 ℃延度外,UFPSBR改性沥青的各项性能基本符合相应标准的要求;在UFPSBR改性沥青中,UFPSBR分布比较均匀,形成相对稳定的结构,两相相容性较好,随着UFPSBR用量的增大,UFPSBR在沥青中的分散粒径逐渐增大,甚至出现了轻微聚集现象;加入UFPSBR可以提高沥青的热稳定性,使其粘性和弹性得到明显改善,抵抗外力的能力得到显著提高,同时可以大幅降低噪声。

      The asphalt modified with ultra-fine full-vulcanized SBR powder(UFPSBR) was prepared by wet process,and its road performance was investigated.The results showed that,the performance of asphalt modified with UFPSBR basically met the requirements of corresponding standard except the ductility at 5 ℃.UFPSBR was evenly distributed in asphalt to form relatively stable structure,and the compatibility between asphalt and UFPSBR was good.With the addition level of UFPSBR increasing,the size of dispersed UFPSBR particle increased and some particles were slightly agglomerated.By adding UFPSBR,the thermal stability of asphalt increased,the viscosity and elasticity improved significantly,the resistance to external force was improved sharply,and the traffic noise reduced significantly.
