      研究氟微粉的力化学改性原理及其在氟橡胶和NBR中的应用。试验结果表明:在氟橡胶中填充氟微粉,对氟橡胶的增硬效果较小,对氟橡胶的物理性能、耐热空气老化性能及耐油性能影响不大,氟微粉与氟橡胶的相容性较好;在NBR中填充氟微粉,可提高NBR胶料的耐3#标准油性能。
英文摘要:
      The mechano-chemical modification mechanism of FKM mircopowder and its application in FKM and NBR compounds were investigated.The results showed that,by filling FKM mircopowder in FKM compound,the hardening effect was very small,the physical properties,thermal aging property and oil resistance of FKM changed little,and the compatibility of FKM mircopowder with FKM was good;by filling FKM micropowder in NBR compound,the resistance to 3#standard oil was improved.
