      研究2个牌号(K8340A和K778Z)EPDM的加工性能和物理性能。结果表明:K8340A混炼胶的门尼粘度高于K778Z混炼胶,两种胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间接近;K8340A和K778Z混炼胶均表现出剪切变稀行为,K8340A混炼胶表现更显著;随着填充量的增大,EPDM硫化胶100%定伸应力略有增大,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度减小;与K778Z硫化胶相比,K8340A硫化胶的100%定伸应力和拉伸强度相差不大,撕裂强度和拉断伸长率略低,压缩永久变形明显较小。
英文摘要:
      The processability and physical properties of EPDM(K8340A and K778Z) were investigated.The results showed that,the Mooney viscosity of K8340A compound was higher than that of K778Z,and they had similar scorch time and optimum curing time.Both compounds showed shear thinning behavior,and the shear thinning behavior of K8340A compound was more significant.With the increase of filler content,the modulus at 100% elongation of EPDM vulcanizates increased a little,but the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength decreased.The two EPDM vulcanizates possessed similar modulus at 100% elongation and tensile strength,but K8340A had lower elongation at break and tear strength,and significantly lower compression set comparing with K778Z.
