      以两步模压法制备发泡CR,研究发泡剂AC用量对发泡CR泡孔结构及炭黑N774、增塑剂DOP和助发泡剂聚乙二醇(PEG)用量对发泡CR物理性能的影响。结果表明:当发泡剂AC用量为6份时,发泡CR的泡孔结构较理想;当炭黑N774、增塑剂DOP和助发泡剂PEG用量分别为9,7和0.6份时,发泡CR的物理性能较好。随着老化时间的延长,发泡CR的物理性能先提高后下降,泡孔逐渐变软、坍塌或断裂。
英文摘要:
      The foamed CR was prepared by two-step molding method,the influence of addition level of foaming agent AC on the pore structure was studied,and the effect of addition level of carbon black N774,plasticiser DOP and foam promoter PEG on the physical properties of foamed CR were also investigated.It was found that the best pore structure was formed when the addition level of foaming agent AC was 6 phr.The physical property of foamed CR compound was optimized when the addition level of carbon black N774,DOP and PEG were 9,7 and 0.6 phr,respectively.As the aging time extended,the physical properties of foamed CR increased at first and then decreased, and the pore structure gradually became soft,collapsed or ruptured.
