      采用RPA2000型橡胶加工分析仪研究钼系1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶(Mo-1,2-PBR)混炼胶的动态性能,并与BR、乳聚丁苯橡胶和溶聚丁苯橡胶进行对比。结果表明,Mo-1,2-PBR混炼胶的剪切储能模量受剪切频率和温度的影响较小,受应变的影响较大;Mo-1,2-PBR混炼工艺性能较好,混炼胶的Payne效应明显,但其不适合在高应变条件下加工。

      The dynamic properties of Mo-1,2-PBR compound were investigated by using rubber processing analyzer RPA2000,and compared with those of BR,ESBR and SSBR compounds.The results showed that,the shear frequency and temperature had little effect on the shear storage modulus(G′) of Mo-1,2-PBR compound,while the strain had big effect on G′.The Mo-1,2-PBR possessed good mixing behavior,and the Payne effect of compound was obvious.But the Mo-1,2-PBR was unsuitable for processing under high strain condition.
