      介绍翻新载重子午线轮胎层合结构模型的构建方法,并利用该模型进行垂直负荷工况的有限元分析,提出了适合翻新载重子午线轮胎的变形计算模型。仿真结果与试验结果有较好的一致性,说明所构建的层合结构模型合理有效,从而为翻新轮胎的力学性能研究奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      An approach to establish the laminated structure model for retreaded TBR tire was described,the finite element analysis for retreaded TBR tire under vertical load circumstance was achieved by use of the model,and the formula of deformation suitable for retreaded TBR tire was proposed.The simulation results were consistent with the experiment,which indicated that the laminated structure model was effective.The model could be used for the mechanical properties research of retreaded TBR tire.
