      对钼系高1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶(1,2-PBR)的动态力学性能进行研究,并与BR和SBR进行对比。频率、温度和应变扫描结果表明:1,2-PBR硫化胶的剪切储能模量相对较小且随频率的增大增幅较小,证明其具有较稳定的填料网络结构,有助于在不断变化的使用环境中保持性能的稳定;1,2-PBR硫化胶损耗因子较小,有助于获得低滚动阻力、低生热和优良的高速操纵性。
英文摘要:
      The dynamic mechanical property of molybdenum-catalyzed high 1,2-polybutadiene rubber(1,2-PBR) was investigated,and compared with that of BR and SBR.The results obtained from frequency,temperature and strain scanning tests showed that,G′of 1,2 PBR vulcanizate was lower and the G′ changed little with frequency because of the stable structure of filler network in 1,2 PBR vulcanizate which helped to achieve stable performance in variable application environments;and tanδ of 1,2 PBR vulcanizate was lower,which contributed to lower rolling resistance,lower heat build-up,and better high-speed performance.
