      建立轮胎液压硫化机实体模型,采用三维有限元数值分析方法对其进行瞬态温度场计算,并将分析获得的温度分布规律与试验值对比,从而验证了有限元热分析的合理性。在温度分析的基础上,将计算结果作为负荷条件并结合硫化机的最大工作负荷,进行硫化机的热结构耦合分析。结果表明,硫化温度对硫化机的结构产生较大影响;与一般结构分析对比,热结构耦合分析更能综合反映硫化机在复杂工作环境下的应力-应变和位置精度。
英文摘要:
      A 3D geometric model of hydraulic tire-curing machine was established.Firstly,the transient temperature field was simulated by using finite element method.Secondly,the distribution of temperature and experimental results were compared to confirm the rationality of the thermal analysis.Finally,the thermal-structural coupling analysis was conducted based on thermal field and peak pressure.The results showed that curing temperature influenced the structure of hydraulic tire-curing machine significantly.Compared with the general structure analysis,thermal-structural coupling analysis had advantages in showing stress-strain and positional accuracy under complex working conditions.
