      采用可膨胀微球发泡剂MSH-500通过模压硫化法制备EPDM海绵,研究硫化剂DCP用量、发泡剂MSH-500用量和硫化温度对EPDM海绵性能的影响。结果表明:硫化剂DCP用量为3份、发泡剂用量为5份、在140 ℃下硫化15 min制备的EPDM海绵综合性能较好,且海绵泡孔分布均匀,孔径均一。
英文摘要:
      Using expandable microsphere foaming agent MSH-500,the EPDM sponge was prepared by molding.The influence of addition level of crosslinking agent DCP,MSH-500,and molding temperature on the properties of EPDM sponge was investigated.The results showed that,using 3 phr DCP and 5 phr MSH-500,when the curing temperature was 140 ℃ and the curing time was 15 min,the EPDM sponge with better comprehensive properties was obtained.The pores in EPDM sponge were evenly distributed and the pores size was uniform.
