      研究溴化对-特辛基酚醛硫化树脂(201树脂)对IIR动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着201树脂用量的增大,IIR硫化胶的损耗峰明显向高温方向移动,最大损耗因子呈减小趋势;在较低温度下,IIR硫化胶的储能模量(E′)随201树脂用量的增大逐渐减小;在较高温度下,IIR硫化胶的E′随201树脂用量的增大逐渐增大,损耗模量降低的平台逐渐升高。
英文摘要:
      The effect of brominated p-tert-octyl phenolic-formadehyde curing resin(201 resin) on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR was investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of 201 resin increased,the tanδ peaks of IIR vulcanizates shifted to higher temperature zone,and the maximum value of tanδ tended to decrease;at low temperature,the storage modulus(E′) of IIR vulcanizate decreased gradually;however,at high temperature range,theE′increased gradually,and the platform of loss modulus elevated gradually.
