      试验研究以粘合树脂A250替代间苯二酚在子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用效果。结果表明,在子午线轮胎带束层胶配方中,采用2.5份粘合树脂A250替代1.5份间苯二酚,并采用快速促进剂NS,减小癸酸钴用量,胶料的加工安全性提高,硫化速度降低不明显;硫化胶各项物理性能变化不大,热空气老化后的撕裂强度明显提高,老化后胶料与钢丝帘线的粘合性能保持较高水平。
英文摘要:
      The application of adhesive resin A250 to substitute resorcinol in the belt compound of radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using 2.5 phr adhesive resin A250 instead of 1.5 phr resorcinol,rapid accelerator NS,and reducing the amount of cobalt decanoate,the processing safety of belt compound was improved,the curing rate decreased very little,the physical properties of vulcanizate changed little,the tear strength after heat aging increased greatly,and the adhesion property after aging was maintained at higher level.
