      针对轮胎花纹结构的特点,在深入分析由物体图像明暗度恢复物体三维形状原理和算法后,采用计算机视觉技术和Matlab软件开发出轮胎花纹图像反求设计系统。由图像采集、图像运算处理、坐标变换到恢复物体形状的函数表达构成图像反求系统开发流程,然后采用Matlab 7.0的语言代码对这些函数进行编程,实现硬件和软件系统的相互统一。
英文摘要:
      Based on the characteristics of tire tread pattern structure,an image design system of the tire tread pattern based on reverse engineering technology was developed by use of computer vision technique and Matlab software,after analyzing the reconstruction principle and algorithm of three dimensional shape from shading,which included image acquisition,image processing,coordinate transformation and functional expressing for the shape of object restoration.Then these functions were programmed using the Matlab 7.0 language code to achieve the unity for hardware and software systems.
